For the Sino-German City Lab, NAXNAX Netzwerk Architekturexport invited Prof. Yang Jianqiang, from the Southeast University in Nanjing, to give a lecture about the development history and course of urban regeneration in China, its practical significance and goals, China’s planning path to achieve sustainable urban regeneration and future expectations on Sino-German cooperation in urban renewal. Prof. Yang is the Dean of the Urban Planning Department at the Southeast University in Nanjing as well as a council member of Urban Planning Society of China and Chairman of Urban Renewal Academic Committee.
